Report on domestic sales of passenger cars

In September 2023, domestic sales of passenger cars amounted to 2.106 million units, up 9.5% sequentially up 1.1% year-on-year. Among them, domestic sales of conventional fuel passenger cars amounted to 1.342 million units, up 11.4% sequentially down 7.7% year-on-year.

From January to September 2023, domestic sales of passenger cars amounted to 15.291 million units, unchanged from the same period of the previous year.

Reporting of passenger car exports

In September 2023, passenger cars exported 381,000 units, up 9.3% from a year earlier up 52.6% from a year earlier.
